Six Flags is running a Christmas in July flash sale at a dozen parks, with single-day tickets from $35 to $55 and two-day tickets from $50 to $78. The sale is online only and ends August 3 at most parks, while banners at Great America, Kings Dominion, and Over Texas show July 31. Every park’s offer carries the same terms: tickets are valid “for any single public operating day through September 7, 2026.”

The single-day and two-day prices by park:

  • $45 / $70: Cedar Point, Six Flags Great America, Kings Dominion, Kings Island
  • $39 / $50: Dorney Park, Six Flags Discovery Kingdom, Six Flags Fiesta Texas, Carowinds, Six Flags New England, Six Flags Over Texas
  • $35 / $50: Six Flags Darien Lake
  • $55 / $78: Six Flags Magic Mountain

The two-day tickets bundle each park with its neighboring water park where one exists, and the single-day tickets exclude the separately gated water parks such as Cedar Point Shores and the Hurricane Harbors. Knott’s Berry Farm is not part of the sale. Its special-offers page carries no Christmas in July listing.

The tickets are valid through Labor Day, September 7. Fright Fest begins September 11 at Fiesta Texas and later in September at most parks, per HAN’s all-locations Fright Fest guide. The discount covers the last weeks of summer and ends before the Halloween season begins, so the discounted tickets cannot be used during Fright Fest.

The sale comes in a weak summer for the industry. Comcast reported softer Orlando attendance in June and July, Universal is discounting Epic Universe passholder tickets by up to 40 percent, and few major new attractions opened this summer.

Six Flags reports second-quarter earnings on August 6, CEO John Reilly and CFO Ash Walia‘s first call together since Walia joined in June. The call starts at 8 a.m. EDT.
