Tokyo DisneySea’s (Urayasu, Japan) Food & Wine Festival is expanding and leaning into IP for its third year. A Ratatouille-themed restaurant experience at New York Deli and exclusive merchandise join the previous lineup of food and programming. The event, which runs April 15 through June 30, 2026, has expanded across all eight themed ports (including Fantasy Springs) and, for the first time, added sommelier-led wine pairing programs at its two on-property hotels.

The Ratatouille overlay is the headline addition. The interior of New York Deli will be decorated to evoke the Pixar Animation Studios film, and the restaurant is introducing a new sandwich filled with honey-mustard-marinated ham, egg salad, and ratatouille (NEW). Existing items get the IP treatment as well: the Danish Sandwich and Grilled Reuben will feature Remy-designed packaging, and the Cheesecake will come with a Remy-shaped chocolate garnish.

The Ratatouille integration extends beyond a single restaurant. Under a program called “Chef’s Imagination,” chefs at Magellan’s and Ristorante di Canaletto have developed full Ratatouille-themed course meals, from starters through desserts (NEW). According to Oriental Land Co.’s announcement, the menus are “truly unique to Tokyo DisneySea, themed after Pixar’s Ratatouille.”

Fantasy Springs and On-the-Go Offerings

Select restaurants at Fantasy Springs will offer event-themed menu items for the first time, extending the festival’s footprint to all eight of Tokyo DisneySea’s themed ports. Each port will again feature quick bites and tasting flights, and guests redeeming Food & Drink Tickets can use a dedicated priority pickup lane at select restaurants.

Scallop Garlic Butter Popcorn (Returning) is back, along with a new souvenir item available with a Seasonal Gourmet Ticket Set. The beverage selection includes approximately 15 varieties of wine alongside beers, cocktails, and non-alcoholic drinks. Food and beverage offerings will be available at each themed port starting April 8, ahead of the festival’s official opening.

Two Hotels Join the Festival

For the first time, the two park-integrated Disney hotels at Tokyo DisneySea will participate in the Food & Wine Festival. On select dates from April 15 through June 19, 2026, both properties will offer chef-prepared dishes with sommelier-selected wine pairings.

At Oceano (Mediterranean cuisine) at Tokyo DisneySea Hotel MiraCosta, guests can book course meals featuring spring-inspired ingredients paired with wines. A special one-night-only dinner will also be held at the hotel’s banquet hall.

At Fantasy Springs Restaurant (buffet) at Tokyo DisneySea Fantasy Springs Hotel, the programming takes a different approach: buffet-style fare inspired by European cuisines, rotating on a monthly basis, with amuse-bouches and mains prepared for added depth. Guests can tailor their own food and wine pairings.

Both hotel programs require prior registration, and operating dates vary by hotel and program.

Live Entertainment

Two atmosphere entertainment programs will perform at American Waterfront during the festival.

The Groovy Jammin’ Chefs is a group of musically talented cooks who form a band and perform food-themed music from around the world, including songs from Pixar’s Ratatouille and “Be Our Guest” from Beauty and the Beast.

Fun Custodial features cast members who spontaneously entertain guests with magic acts and performances accompanied by whimsical sound effects. Festival-specific performances will be added during the event period.

Merchandise and Decorations

Special merchandise goes on sale April 8, ahead of the festival opening. The lineup includes items depicting Mickey Mouse enjoying cuisine on his travels alongside new Remy-themed products from Pixar’s Ratatouille. Wearable items include Remy shoulder plushes and headbands, directly linking the food experience with the film’s universe as guests walk the park.

The festival’s decorations will appear throughout Tokyo DisneySea, including at restaurant entrances and across American Waterfront, which serves as the event’s hub. The New York area will be adorned with colorful flowers and wine barrels, with banners depicting Disney characters at the festival and scenes of Remy creating new dishes. Décor in the park’s signature “Jubilee Blue” ties the festival to Tokyo DisneySea’s ongoing 25th anniversary celebration.

Returning from previous years, guests can also participate in programs exploring the world of cuisine through tea, spices, and more. JCB is the official card sponsor of the festival.
