Universal Horror Unleashed in Las Vegas is bringing the world of Resident Evil to life in an all-new takeover inspired by Capcom’s global phenomenon. The summer horror experience runs July 9 through August 30, 2026, and is included with General Admission.
The takeover is the first major IP event in the two-year slate of seasonal programming Universal Horror Unleashed announced to drive repeat visitation at the year-round Las Vegas venue.
Six Zones to Contain the Outbreak
As guests enter Universal Horror Unleashed, they are welcomed into the alternate world of Resident Evil and venture through six zones to help contain the outbreak.
The journey begins in Zone 1: Arrival, where guests are greeted by a battered “Welcome to Raccoon City” sign as emergency lights flash and police scramble to contain the rapidly spreading outbreak caused by Umbrella Corporation’s T-Virus. In Zone 2: Mission, guests arrive at the Raccoon City Police Department to solve a series of interactive puzzles. Racing against the clock, they enter Zone 3: Infection, a quarantined spot in Raccoon City where the last remaining citizens have transformed into ravenous, flesh-eating zombies. Amid the chaos, familiar faces appear, including the infamous Ada Wong.
In Zone 4: Combat, guests come face-to-face with iconic Resident Evil characters, including Claire Redfield, Jill Valentine, and Leon S. Kennedy, standing at the forefront of battles between the heroes, surrounding zombies, and notorious villains. Once the dust settles, guests can take photos and interact with the characters. Zone 5: Escape is the final stretch, where guests must survive the last mission.
Umbrella Corporation Food and Drinks
Those who survive enter Zone 6: Aftermath, where they can step inside Umbrella Corporation and dine on limited-time themed food and cocktails inspired by the T-Virus and its mutations. The menu is staged with specimen jars, Umbrella-branded trays, and laboratory dressing, and guests never know who may emerge around the corner.

Universal Horror Unleashed is the first year-round horror entertainment experience from Universal Destinations & Experiences, with four film-quality haunted mazes, themed bars, and live entertainment inside an abandoned-production-warehouse setting. A second location is announced for Chicago in 2027.
